🔹 Order Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are allowed to inspect their order in the presence of the delivery representative only. Opening the package inside the home after delivery is not permitted.

If the order is not suitable or the customer decides not to accept it for any reason, only the shipping fees will be charged, and the order will be returned with the courier.

🔹 Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders are processed and handed over to the shipping company within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation.

🔹 Delivery Time

After the order is handed over to the shipping company, the estimated delivery time is:

• Cairo: 3–4 business days
• Other governorates: 5–7 business days

Please note that deliveries to remote areas or suburban cities may require additional time according to the shipping company’s routes and schedules.

🔹 Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and are added to the total order value:

• Cairo: EGP 60
• Giza: EGP 65
• Alexandria, Delta Cities, and Canal Cities: EGP 75
• Upper Egypt Cities: EGP 95
• Border Governorates and Suburban Areas: EGP 125

🔹 Customer Unavailability

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipment will be rescheduled according to the shipping company’s policy.

🔹 Orders Containing Multiple Items

Whenever possible, all available items within the same order will be prepared and shipped together.

If any item becomes unexpectedly unavailable due to inventory discrepancies or system updates, the customer will be notified and contacted before shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience, and the remaining available items will be shipped according to the customer’s approval.

🔹 Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to shipping company workload or exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

We always strive to follow up on all shipments to ensure they reach our customers as quickly as possible.

🔹 Order Modifications After Shipping

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping company, no modifications or additional items can be added to the order.
