​To ensure an organized order delivery process and protect everyone’s rights, please read the following terms before confirming order shipment:
​🔹 Order Inspection Upon Delivery
​Inspection of the order is allowed only in the presence of the delivery courier; opening the package inside the house is not permitted.
​If the order is not suitable or you dislike it for any reason, you only pay the shipping fees, and the package returns directly with the courier.
​🔹 Returns
​Returns are available in-store only.
​Returns must be made within one week from the date of receipt.
​Presenting the invoice is mandatory to complete the return process.
​🔹 Exchanges
​Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value.
​Exchanges via shipping are available for up to 4 days only from the date of receiving the order.
​Exchange shipping fees apply and are EGP 10 higher than standard shipping.
​🔹 Product Condition for Returns & Exchanges
​The product must be in its original condition—unused and undamaged—retaining all accessories and original packaging as received.
​🔹 Invoice
​An invoice is strictly required to complete any return or exchange process.
