📌 Inspection, Return and Exchange Policy:

In order to organize the order receipt process and ensure everyone’s rights, please read the following terms before confirming shipment of the order:

🔹 Order Inspection Upon Delivery You may inspect your order in front of the delivery representative only. Opening the order inside your home is not permitted. If the order is unsuitable or you are dissatisfied with it for any reason, you will only be required to pay the shipping fees, and the order will be returned with the delivery representative.

🔹 Returns Returns are accepted in-store only. Returns must be made within one week of receipt. The invoice is required to complete the return process.

🔹 Exchange Exchanges are available for the same or higher value of the order. Exchanges via shipping are available within 4 days of receiving the order. Exchange shipping fees apply and are 10 EGP higher than standard shipping.

⛔️ Order modifications after shipment It is not possible to modify or add any item to the order after it has been handed over to the shipping company.
